01 / Executive summary

Make the decision
easier to make.

The building blocks are already there: video, reviews, sizing tools, bundles and reassurance. The priority is to make them clearer, more reliable and more consistent.

The next step is a continuous experimentation system around these five decisions.

02 / Audit approach

Follow the customer.
Keep the evidence honest.

Desktop and 390 × 844 responsive mobile. Madamshape Slovenia, a Shapermint benchmark, public Meta ads and the reviews/trust ecosystem. UPFORMA was selected from the homepage bestseller section; UPVITA added the paid-landing-page perspective.

No internal analytics or revenue data was available. Recommendations are hypotheses to validate, not claimed conversion uplifts. Responsive testing does not replace physical-device QA.

Opportunity 01

One selection.
One clear total.

Offer clarity · UPFORMA PDP

M10 / Selected offerSource ↗: M10 / Selected offer
Observed
  1. 1

€24.99 is prominent. It is the single-item price.

  2. 2

Two items are selected for €39.98. Both default to size S.

  3. 3

The sticky bar stays at €24.99. The selected total is not repeated there.

Delivery copy also differs: the UPFORMA header says “more than 2,” while the two-pack and inspected checkout include free delivery.

Interpretation

A shopper may anchor on the single-item price while a higher-value bundle is already selected.

Size assistance · Madamshape × Shapermint

Madamshape

Observed
M05 / Model-size viewerSource ↗: M05 / Model-size viewer
  • S preselected in the purchase form

  • Limited body-measurement context

Shapermint

Useful benchmark
S04 / Measurement assistanceSource ↗: S04 / Measurement assistance
  • Explicit size selection required
  • Band/cup assistance and measurement path
  • Model size references in the gallery
Interpretation

Preselection reduces effort, but may also make an unintended size easy to accept. More deliberate selection could improve order quality.

Test in sequence
01

Explicit size selection

Compare with the current S default.

02

EU / cm fit assistant

Test separately, with validated garment mapping.

Shapermint offers test inspiration. Its implementation is not evidence of better conversion.

Primary decision metricPurchase conversion + mature fit-related returns / exchanges
Supporting / guardrails

Size-selection completion · confirmed ATC · fit-related support. A faster order is not necessarily a better order.

Impact HighEffort Medium
Opportunity 03

Keep the next step in reach.

Mobile purchase path · 390 × 844 responsive viewport

Bug / QA finding

The sticky “KUPI” control did not respond in the inspected session; the main ATC worked. Reproduce on real devices and repair any confirmed defect before testing. This is not a sitewide failure claim.

Swipe through the three inspected states. Tap a screenshot to enlarge.

Interpretation

Reaching the buying controls and verifying the order may require more effort than necessary.

After QA, test

A contextual sticky action

“Choose size” before configuration; the selected bundle total after it.

Earlier decision support

A compact gallery and a clear comfort/support proposition.

A clearer cart hierarchy

Persistent subtotal, delivery status and checkout, with an optional compact cross-sell.

Content hygiene example: the warranty page includes electrical-product instructions. Remove this unrelated template content alongside the core review and return-clarity work.

M13 / Detailed return conditionsSource ↗: M13 / Detailed return conditions
M14 / Warranty templateSource ↗: M14 / Warranty template
Observed
  • 90-day return and exchange wording differs.
  • Detailed conditions are not obvious beside purchase controls.
  • Review counts cover different scopes; seller/service proof and product reviews appear together.
Interpretation

Shoppers need two kinds of confidence: “Will this fit me?” and “What happens if it doesn’t?” Product reviews and seller-service reviews answer different questions.

Proposed direction

Separate product/fit proof from seller/service proof. Make the actual 90-day return and exchange conditions clear near the purchase decision, then test fit-focused review information.

Brand search surfaced brand, marketplace and review pages. Facebook SI was accessible. Instagram, TikTok and Shopping checks had access limits.

Lifecycle incrementality

Shapermint exposed email capture; Madamshape collected contact details at checkout. Abandonment messages and retargeting delivery were not verified.

Test recovery with a holdout and a controlled inbox. Evaluate incremental contribution, including discount cost—not signup rate alone.

Additional growth opportunity

Capture the demand you already create.

Build clearer first-party information around the questions customers already ask.

Pametno / UPFORMA listingSupplied evidence

Examples from a user-inspected search journey, not a comprehensive SERP or ranking assessment. Capture dates and exact page URLs were not supplied.

Observed

In the supplied journey, third-party destinations surfaced prominently around Madamshape product discovery. The AI response pointed to retailers and comparison platforms without showing a direct official-product link in the captured excerpt.

Interpretation

The earlier audit found active paid acquisition. Some shoppers may search later for the brand, product, sizing or comparisons. When those journeys lead elsewhere, Madamshape may have less control over the message and direct customer relationship. No loss is quantified here.

Proposed direction

Connect indexable product and category pages with useful FAQs, fit guides and need-based content. Link each answer to relevant products; review canonicals, indexation and appropriate structured data.

Start with real questions: choosing a wireless bra size, measuring correctly, wireless vs underwire, or support for larger busts.

Strategic loop / hypothesis

Paid acquisition Awareness / demand Product or informational search Madamshape-owned guides / FAQs Relevant category / PDP Purchase / retention

Organic visibility could help capture more subsequent demand directly—an owned acquisition layer that may reduce paid dependence over time. Clear first-party information may also help search and AI systems understand the offer. Ad spend does not directly improve organic rankings; rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed.

Measure commercial demand capture

Relevant query impressions / clicks · non-brand and product discovery visits · organic-assisted purchases · revenue per organic landing visitor.

Track owned-page presence in a defined sample of relevant search journeys. Validate attribution; no baseline or uplift is assumed.

08 / Benchmark

Borrow the question.
Test the answer.

Shapermint provides useful reference patterns. It also has trade-offs. Benchmarking generates hypotheses; it does not establish causality.

Metric definitions & decision rules

Purchase conversion: unique purchasing visitors / eligible assigned visitors.

Net RPV: defined net revenue / eligible assigned visitors, including non-buyers. Use consistent tax, shipping and refund treatment.

Contribution per visitor: revenue after agreed variable costs, including shipping subsidies and reverse logistics, / assigned visitors.

Fit outcomes: returned and exchanged units / delivered units in mature cohorts, separated by reason. Size tests need these guardrails before a full rollout.

Test decisions: size tests from actual baseline traffic and variance; report uncertainty, check assignment balance and avoid stopping on the first favorable reading.

11 / 30 · 60 · 90 days

Build the learning loop.

A sequence of priorities—not a promise to complete ten statistically powered tests in 90 days.

Days 1–30

Fix + measure

  • Reproduce mobile issues
  • Fix factual / template inconsistencies
  • Validate sizing and return logic
  • Establish reliable funnel measurement
Decision gate

A trustworthy baseline and a reliable purchase path.

Days 31–60

Test + learn

  • Offer clarity
  • Explicit sizing
  • Sticky behavior
  • Mobile first fold and cart hierarchy
Decision gate

Isolated learning, judged by purchase value and quality.

Days 61–90

Validate + scale

  • Roll out validated winners
  • Review mature returns / COD outcomes
  • Test trust, reviews and bundles
  • Expand acquisition-to-PDP experiments
Decision gate

Commercially supported changes and the next test backlog.

A 90-day return window means late test cohorts will continue to mature beyond this roadmap.

12 / Final takeaway

Fix friction.
Clarify the decision.
Measure the full
commercial outcome.

Then build a continuous
